We have grouped up with our Local Meat Vendor Dakota Packing, INC to provide our guests with Prime Meats that are usually only available to Restaurants and Steak Houses.
We only provide Premium Choice and Prime Meats. Our Meats are slowly wet aged for a buttery tenderness and delectable flavor that are unique to Dakota Packing, INC. We start with the finest cuts of USDA Choice and Prime available. But Dakota Packing, LLC even goes one step further by hand selecting every cut according to its marbling, texture, and color.
We then hand carve our Meat from the center of the Loin for superior flavor and juiciness.
